Is the roof assessment really free, and is there any obligation?
Yes. The on‑roof assessment costs nothing and carries no obligation. You get a photo‑documented report of what we found and a clear recommendation. If your roof is fine, we tell you it is fine and we leave.
Do you actually get on the roof, or is this a satellite estimate?
We physically climb on the roof. Satellite and drone imagery cannot show you soft decking, failing pipe boots, nail pops, bruised granules from hail, or inadequate ridge ventilation. Those are the things that decide whether you need a repair or a replacement.
How soon can someone come out?
Most South Metro assessments are scheduled within a few business days. Active leaks are prioritized and we will come out to temporarily patch the roof so water stops entering your home.
